Lincoln gets a Grille

Owners of the Hoxton and Harrogate Grilles, John Pallagi and Simon Wright, are to open their third Grille in Lincoln.

The Lincoln Grille restaurant and cocktail bar will open at the beginning of October in the White Hart Hotel situated between Lincoln Cathedral and Lincoln Castle, Pallagi said, “The Lincoln Grille will sit splendidly within the local market.”

The Hoxton Grille opened in the Hoxton Hotel a year ago, followed by the Harrogate branch in the Balmoral Hotel in May 2007.
