Who? Following the 2006 inauguration of the Grille concept in fashionable East London, co-founders John Pallagi and Simon Wright (of Room Restaurants) launch the second branch in the Balmoral Hotel, Harrogate. Sydney Aldridge, Grille Restaurants Head Chef oversees the menu.

On the menu? ‘Grille’ Fry Up: Coq au Vin; Rump Steak and Chips; Caesar Salad; Tarte Tatin.

Style? Exposed brick, large tan banquettes and dark wood.
