Following the 2006 inauguration of the Grille concept in fashionable East London, co-founders John Pallagi and Simon Wright (of Room Restaurants) launch the second branch in the Balmoral Hotel, Harrogate. Sydney Aldridge, Grille Restaurants Head Chef oversees the menu.
