It's the Holy Grail of London hotels - chic, discreet and impossibly cool.
But perhaps the most stunning thing is the price - rooms are from just £59 a night.
Located in the capital's vibrant East End, The Hoxton proves budget doesn't have to be basic or boring.
The hotel is the brainchild of Pret A Manger Sinclair Beecham, who has worked the same sort of magic that transformed the humble sandwich into gourmet grub.
The dimly lit, cosy lobby has two roaring fires with plenty of surrounding sofas to lounge in.
There is a busy bar and inviting restaurant, The Hoxton Grille, with just the right amount of trendy exposed brickwork and modern art.
On first impressions, it all looks unnervingly chic and very expensive.
The restaurant downstairs also does a mean breakfast and brunch if you're still hungry.
I don't normally devote this much space to hotel reviews but this isn't your usual hotel.
