The restaurant at the trendy new Hoxton Hotel has already proved a hit for breakfast meetings with City types. With its caramel leather seating and light from the courtyard, Hoxton Grille is stylish but comfortable and reasonably priced.

The compact but attractive menu features delightfully simple options including toast, alongside breakfast classics, from the bacon or sausage sarnie to smoked salmon and scrambled egg and the "Hoxton fry up", as well as a decent range of light bites including Greek yoghurt with berry compote and organic porridge with honey, mixed seeds or sultanas.
